中文課程簡介:
本課程設計為護理二學生所必修之科目,教學的目標為引導學生瞭解藥理學的基本原理以及各類藥物的分類及其在體內的作用機制,以期學生將來在從事臨床工作時能對接觸到藥物有一基本的認識。課程內容將先介紹藥物動力學,以明瞭藥物在體內的吸收、分佈與代謝,之後將分敘周邊神經藥理、中樞神經藥理、抗生素與抗癌藥物、心血管疾病藥物、內分泌藥物、腸胃藥及其他類藥物的藥理機轉。每一課題會先淺介相關的基礎生理及生化,而藥物部份將注重其(一)藥理機制、(二)副作用與毒性反應和(三)藥物間的交互作用。
本課程主要由藥理科老師集體授課,楊春茂老師負責藥物動力學及周邊神經藥理﹔陳景宗老師負責中樞神經藥理及腸胃藥﹔廖庠睿老師負責心血管藥物﹔周美智老師負責維生素腸胃藥和內分泌藥理學;吳宗圃老師負責抗生素和抗癌藥物。實驗課部份為配合課程而設計相關的六組實驗,並且為鼓勵學員參與討論,每組同學於期中並將參與一次的專題書報討論。
英文課程簡介:
The purpose of Nursing Pharmacology is to provide students the basic knowledge of drug-body interaction and therapeutic application on particular illness, from both basic and clinical aspects. There will be five major categories in this course lectured by our department faculty members, i.e. drug on peripheral nervous system (Dr. Yang), antibiotics and anti-cancer drugs (Dr. Yung), central nervous system pharmacology (Dr. Chen), cardiovascular pharmacology (Dr. Ma), vitamins, drugs on gastrointestinal and endocrine system (Dr. Chou). In each category, lecturer will focus on the following topics: site of action, mechanism of therapeutic effect, metabolism, side effect and drug-drug interaction. The teaching materials are edited by each teacher obtained from both assigned textbooks and updated literatures. The course also includes laboratory practice; students will be grouped into 5 or 6 per company. The experiments selected for the lab contain animal experiment (analgesic test, toxicity test, sedative-hypnotic and anesthetic test), videotape play (cancer research) and computer-assisted simulation (cardiovascular drug evaluation). After each hand-on experiment, students will be asked to have on-class and written reports. To evaluate students’ learning of lecture, four examinations will be tested off-class. Students will also be requested to hand in one term paper and one group project by the end of the semester.
